If you are having trouble with the application and cannot find the help you need from either the SiteSpinner® Pro User Guide or the User Forums, you can connect with a technical support representative on the Virtual Mechanics Online Support web page (www.virtualmechanics.com/support/index.html). You can post a description of your problem, and a technical support representative will respond with an online reply. The Online Support web page also offers an FAQ section, which has answers to the most common problems.
Connect from SiteSpinner® Pro by selecting Help>Online Support from the menu bar. You must have an active Internet connection to view the Online Support page.
If you are a registered SiteSpinner® Pro user, you may fill out an online contact form to request a technical support representative to contact you personally via email. You must provide your product serial number and registration code.
